About The Retreat

Autumn is the point in the year when most people quietly run out of road. This two-day retreat is built for exactly that: not an intensive, not a challenge, just a weekend of slow practice, real food and enough sleep.

Two nights at Sunset Grove, with a gentle flow each morning and a restorative session each evening. In between there is a guided walk on the Saturday, an optional workshop on breath and sleep, and a great deal of unstructured time.

What's Included

  • Two nights at Sunset Grove, shared or single
  • All meals, mostly plant-based
  • Four taught sessions across two days
  • The Saturday guided walk
  • An optional workshop on breath and sleep
  • Every prop you could need
  • Sixteen places

What You'll Experience

A gentle flow each morning, a restorative session each evening, and a long unhurried middle. Saturday has the walk up through the hills; Sunday has nothing in the diary at all until lunch. Nothing on the timetable is compulsory, and most people end up using at least one session to sleep.

Why Join This Retreat?

Because two days away is often the smallest intervention that actually works. People arrive tired on the Friday and leave on the Sunday genuinely different, which is not something a single class can promise.

Reserve Your Spot

Held with a deposit, balance due three weeks before. Let us know about dietary needs and any injuries when you book so we can plan the sessions around the group.

Get In Touch

Do I need experience to start?

No. Every class is taught with options rather than expectations, and our Fundamentals and Gentle sessions assume no prior practice at all. Tell your teacher it's your first time and they will look after you.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all provided, and there are showers and lockers in the changing rooms.

Can I come without a membership?

Yes. Drop-in classes and pay-as-you-go class packs sit alongside our memberships, so you can practise as often or as rarely as suits you.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes before your first class, and around five for every class after that. It gives you time to check in, settle and set up your mat without rushing.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Pause or cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no joining fees and no lock-in contracts, and any unused class credits stay on your account.

Do you teach pregnant or injured students?

We do. Several of our teachers are qualified in pre and postnatal practice and in therapeutic yoga. Let us know before class so your teacher can adapt the session for you.
